The Busada ISO 9001 Certified tubing used in our AB Rails is a high-quality, rigid thermoplastic tube that is a remarkably clear and smooth USA-made product. It will resist shock, chemicals and aging and is certified green, FDA and NSF-compliant, and BPA-free.
The IGUS guides used in our AB Rails are state of the art. Unlike re-circulating ball bearing guides that roll, drylin® linear bearings & assemblies are engineered to slide. These sliding elements are made of high-performance, self-lubricating plastics - which allow the linear bearing assembly to be maintenance-free and resistant to external influences. The special materials also allow the linear bearings to run extremely quietly.
